Jump Training by Coach Amanda

Our vertical jump training program is designed to increase explosive power, strength, and proper jumping mechanics to help athletes jump higher and move more efficiently. Through proven drills and progressive training, athletes build speed, control, and confidence that directly translate to better on-court performance.

In addition to improving jump height, the program emphasizes injury prevention and body control by strengthening the muscles and stabilizers around the ankles, knees, and hips. Athletes also develop better balance and landing mechanics, which helps reduce stress on joints during high-impact movements such as jumping, cutting, and changing direction. By training the body to move efficiently and safely, athletes not only perform better but also stay healthier and more durable throughout the season.
